At the 21st annual Qualité Habitation Gala that took place on November 5, 2011 in Laval, Quebec, Junic Construction was named BUILDER OF THE YEAR - category NEW CONDOMINIUMS with independent entrances (average value of units less than $200,000) for their Condos Bruxelles project in Le Plateau. Winners this year were selected from over 1600 eligible companies. Based on the Qualité Habitation warranty criteria, Junic Construction’s nomination is a confirmation of its financial integrity, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction. Evaluations are done on site by a group of experts who assess the quality of workmanship in terms of structural and finishing aspects. A telephone survey of the company's clients is conducted to assess the level of customer satisfaction.

Dorothy Tremblay, Vice-President of Junic Construction is the proud recipient of the Robert-Linteau Award for 2010. She was presented the prestigious award at the 2010 Gala Habitation held in Laval, Quebec on Nov. 6, 2010. The awards gala is organized by La Garantie Qualité Habitation, which provides warranty coverage in the province of Quebec. The Robert-Linteau award of excellence is given to a woman who stands out in the housing industry. She must play a prominent role in the company in which she works and help lead it to success. "La Garantie Qualité Habitation is proud to pay tribute to Dorothy Tremblay, an experienced collaborator and administrator who has achieved the highest level of quality work and performance for Junic Construction".

Junic Construction is a proud sponsor of Bike for Beats, a major fund raising event for the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. The event took place on Sept. 26, 2010 and raised a total of $500,000. Charles and Dorothy Tremblay (President and Vice-President of Junic Construction) were co-chairs of the event. Junic Construction entered a team of 38 cyclists and raised over $40,000 for the Heart Institute. The University of Ottawa Heart Institute is Canada's largest and foremost cardiovascular health centre dedicated to understanding, treating, and preventing heart disease, serving the local, national, and international communities.

At the 19th annual Gala Habitation that took place on October 31, 2009 in Laval, Quebec, Junic Construction was named BUILDER OF THE YEAR - PERFORMANCE / EXCELLENCE. This exceptional award recognizes the performance and excellence of a company that despite a production well above average, has maintained a judicious choice of labour and subtrades ensuring its customers a top quality product.
