Main Responsibilities

  • Welcome and accompany clients at the Sales Pavilion;
  • Present Junic’s communities and all products adapted for our clients;
  • Establish trustworthy relationships with the potential clients;
  • Accompany clients throughout the purchase process;
  • Keep clients informed about promotions and availability;
  • Assist the after-sales service for all questions from our clients.



Have studied or have equivalent experience in sales and real estate or other retail sales experience.

You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing/communication. You are organized, pay attention to detail, possess excellent leadership skills and enjoy big challenges. A great communicator and bilingual, you are proficient in social media.

You are the candidate we’re looking for!

Principle duties

  • Working closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing, see to the efficient development and smooth execution of all marketing initiatives;
  • Plan, organize, control and manage the various stages of each marketing effort;
  • Develop and present solutions to the Director of Sales and Marketing;
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between the various players involved (marketing agency, internal team, external suppliers);
  • Develop productive, long-term relationships with the agency and other suppliers;
  • Other related duties that impact project management.

Core asset

Strong French to English translation skills are an absolute necessity.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (communications, marketing, media studies) preferred.

Commensurate with experience, a highly competitive salary is being offered.
